S.A pwns again.

If there ever was any truth to any of this S.A is a dangerous place to live for white people rubbish, then it must be true that South Africa is an extremely amazing place. Because consistantly year after year South Africa gets voted tops for quality of life. This time South Africa is voted in the top 10 places to live for expats (6 in fact) , in the biggest survey ever taken of it's kind.

Makes you think if people who move here like it so much , what are all the ones who left going on about ? It's almost like the ones who left or the whingers who remain have some other kind of baggage or agenda or something. Hmmmmmm. Could they be motivated by being bitter, racist douchbags ? Could be. Could very well be.

Once again whingers....suck it.

From here.

South Africa has been ranked the 6th best place for people working overseas in the largest ever global survey of expats.

According to the second annual Expat Experience survey commissioned by HSBC Bank International, expats in 30 industries in more than 50 countries were surveyed about their quality of life.

Canada, Australia and Thailand were ranked in the top 3, with the United States, Spain, Switzerland and Germany all ranked behind South Africa. The United Kingdom was placed at 23rd. (Too high in Roosters opinion. But still to those South African's who moved to that island cespit......Bwahahahahahahaha! )

Expats had to rank the countries in categories like finding accommodation, finding schools for children, banking, food, healthcare, setting up utilities and making friends.

South Africa was ranked as the country where expats found the biggest improvement in pursuing their hobbies and was also the top country for settling down. 55% of the expats surveyed in South Africa had been living there for more than 5 years.

According to the HSBC report there is a preference for making friends within the expat community and not the local community. The exception to this is Brazil, which ranks highest for local community integration, followed by South Africa and Canada where 91% of expats made local friends easily.

South Africa also placed high in the categories ‘finding somewhere to live’, ‘quality of health’ and ‘social life’.

High five ?

OK, just to balance thing us a bit here is a few facts from the other side of the coin (you remember the coin rooster? they have 2 sides hey?)

1 - It is estimated that a woman born in South Africa has a greater chance of being raped than learning how to read
2 - One in three of the 4,000 women questioned by the Community of Information, Empowerment and Transparency said they had been raped in the past year
3 - South Africa has some of the highest incidences of child and baby rape in the world
4 - In a related survey conducted among 1,500 schoolchildren in the Soweto township, a quarter of all the boys interviewed said that 'jackrolling', a term for gang rape, was fun
5 - More than 25% of South African men questioned in a survey admitted to raping someone; of those, nearly half said they had raped more than one person, according to a new study conducted by the Medical Research Council (MRC)
6 - It is estimated that 500,000 rapes are committed annually in South Africa
7 - More than 67,000 cases of rape and sexual assaults against children were reported in 2000 in South Africa (A belief common to South Africa holds that sexual intercourse with a virgin will cure a man of HIV or AIDS)
8 - South Africa has the highest number of HIV-positive citizens in the world. According to "official" figures, one in eight South Africans are infected with the virus

I'm not going to take up more of your comments space (like its always full, lol) but there you have it - in the interests of unbiased, balanced journalism you can publish that so that the "masses" that frequent your blog can judge for themselves.

Wow...you took all that time to post what i'd like to call "the most meolodramatic bullshit ever !"

congratulations on being a neurotic muppet.

firstly.

Rape ...oh dear.....rape. Do you know how rape is defined for women ? Having sex while drunk is officially "rape" ..having sex to appease a lover while not in the mood is rape. These are the standards thwe feminists doing these studies apply as raope. They load questionaires with such silly trick questions to fabricate their aggr esive anti male agenda. That's why Australia and Canada are in the top 5 "rape" countries in the world.

Secondly.

It is estimated that a women has a greater chabnce of being raped that learning how to read ?

Let's see how good this estimate is.

Women I've known who can read ...tens of thousands....women I've known that have been raped....0

Seems a pretty stupid estimate to me. But you believe whatever "estimate" you want. Fuck off with that stupid bullshit.

the rest of your post is all "estimates" and neurotic drivel. School children enjoying rape...black people enjoying sex with babies and other such easily laughed off drivel. You're so out of touch with reality it's scary. You're like a people magazine reader when they used to write about creatures in brazil that fertilise virgin...get a fucking sophistricated skeptical brain you dumb fucking piece of nothing.

Much love
Rooster

Your link still does not work. If you need to, please ask and I will give tips on how to do hyperlinks to original article.

Wow rooster - is it just coincidence that with a nickname like that you are such a cock? For someone who professes to be "racially correct" (I will avoid the term racist as it is so cliché and overused these days) not to mention blatantly sexist that one would almost lean to you being gay (did mummy beat you with a spoon for looking at those mags & while touching your pee-pee?)
Rape is defined as "a criminal offence defined in most countries as forcible sexual relations with a person against that person's will"
Maybe you would like to update SA's version of the definition to include mood, alcohol, gang membership, meth status, crotch rot status etc? Typical know nothing liberal speak (or hardcore rollin' gay)
You also so blatantly wave the "white flag" by saying you know of women who can read but no woman that has been raped. Typical segregationist speak from a self confessed integrationist liberal.
"shit where you want but not on my doorstep"
Your circle of "friends" obviously does not include those downtrodden masses who are the victims of these type of crimes (or all the women you know fell off the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down) So far I'm leaning towards the latter as a more viable explanation.
And so on, and so on...
It seems that you just don't have mental prowess to debunk these statements so you just brush them off with your usual plethora of profanities (idiot-speak as they call it round here)
So, just in case you want to try a logical approach to proving someone wrong, here are a few bytes for you to mull over (all professional & corroborated news articles and not hearsay from an obscure blog mixed with a denialist author)
Please feel free to post REFRENCES to articles that unequivocally prove that this is the exception an not the norm.

7 - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/africa/8107039.stm

Anyway, I'm outta here. Judging from the amount of feedback you get I'm guessing that no-one takes this blog seriously anyway. Either that or the author does not have the mental agility to cross swords with the readers. (or both...)

Good luck

------------------------

firstly , my nickname is very much a play on the word cock. Wow, you're like the chinese olympic gymnastic team of mental agility.

Secondly when have I claimed to be racially correct ? My site is mostly very apathetic to the plight of the poor and dysfunctional (even if I personally am not). The people who I'm lecturing don't give a crap about the fate and quality of life of the poor , they just use crime and socia economic stats that affect them to argue their bullshit agenda that somehow the country is now suddenly worse off.

(I will avoid the term racist as it is so cliché and overused these days) not to mention blatantly sexist that one would almost lean to you being gay (did mummy beat you with a spoon for looking at those mags & while touching your pee-pee?)

--------------------

Beat that straw man sonny boy ! Yes, I'm sexist. I have admitted this thousands of times. But I don't hate women in anyway. The same way I don't hate the mentally disabled. I don't have much respect for their abilities as social or intellectual equals , but that's not to say I resent them. I don't want to opress them either , I do want them to stop being such little whingers and acting like the victims all the time.

That's the legal definition. Go look at the feminist ideological definition used in surverys etc. It very much does include the types of normal sex I described as rape. These are the stats used in the mellodramatic hyperbole laced public relati9ons campaigns smeared in our faces all the time.

Dooster, where I come from being called (or calling yourself) a cock is akin to self flagellation.

Urban Dictionary Definition -
COCK:
"An extremely over-confident male who acts like he knows everthing just because he THINKS he has a lot in the pants... the type of guy who never gets any"

Seems that you shot yourself in the cock with a self coined Huntley there!
You must be one of those "urban blanks" I've heard about - but whatever rocks your cock big boi.

South Africa is a fantastic place to live. I know many foreigners (including myself) who pitched up there and never went home. That doesn't mean there aren't some horrific realities. The point is, people are prepared to cope with a lot of hardships for the quality of life that exists in SA.
On the other hand, again, foreigners have it slightly easier in that they/we can leave at any time. Not so for many people who have a hard life in SA.

Perhaps the most amazing thing about South Africa is the risks people are prepared to take just to live there. Very real risks.
