According to this the SOUTH AFRICANwhite population in South Africa grew by 100 000 people last year. The fastest out of any population group. So much for "All the whites leaving the country" hey ? Speaking of which , when last did you hear much about that old chestnut ? All I hear about in my personal life these days is about people being fed up with life abroad and returning home to wonderful South Africa. I suppose all the assholes that were going to leave have already left and aren't coming back (we hope). Happy times.
Add to that the 20 000 brits who emmigrate here each year not to mention Germans etc and it'll be a while yet before "all the whites have left" it seems. He he.

Maybe the reason the murder rate is down is because people are living in self-imposed prisons. Maybe it's because the police are doing a fine job at fighting crime. Maybe it's because poverty has decreased. Perhaps the government are misrepresenting the statistics or criminals themselves have found more sophisticated ways of sealing your money.
There is something sinister about somebody who claims to represent the truth through unsubstantiated statistics. I have no problem with people using stats to backup an argument but they can not be the argument. Do you know there is a 0% crime rate on the moon? Lets all move there.
Come on Rooster, either pack it in or give us some of that old Rooster magic but please don't insult our intelligence with posts like this.

Actually not going to be a typical blog really. It's more of an insight into the life in a township. Sort of documentary feel. Get things from the perspective of the people on the ground. It's going to deal with the changes they have experience, make comparisons as to before. give insight into their problems and lifestyles etc.
I thought I could just hit the ground running, but it's more complicated than I thought . Getting there though.
